Dr. Tom’s Cornbread

2 cups WF Biscuit & Baking Mix
2 cups Med Ground Cornmeal
4 tsp. Baking Powder
Mix all dry ingredients together.
2 1/2 cups Warm Water
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
Mix wet ingredients together.
Fold both wet and dry ingredients together. Do not over mix.
Use Coconut oil to grease a baking pan (Glass). Pour mixture in baking pan and place in a preheated oven 350º for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Tom’s Whole Wheat Blender Bread

2 cups water
1 1/2 cups wheat berries
1/4 tsp salt
Add above ingredients into a blender. Blend on high for 10 to 15 minutes until smooth. Let cool.
Quickly blend in 1 tsp baking soda.
(Can add 1/2 cup of whole-wheat flour optional).
Pour into an oiled, floured baking dish (no aluminum) and bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven of 350º.

Dr. Tom’s Quick Bread

2 to 3 cups Flour of your choice
1/4 tsp salt
Add above ingredients into a bowl with enough water to make into a pourable batter that is a little thicker than pancake batter.
Quickly blend in 2 to 3 tsp baking soda.
Pour into an oiled, floured baking dish (non aluminum)
Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven of 350º.
