Raw Apple Pie

2 1/4 cup Almonds, soak for 8 to 48 hours and drained
1 cup Walnuts, soak for 48 hours and drained
4 cups Dates, soaked in apple juice save the juice for the Almond Crème
2 Apples shredded and soaked in apple juice
2 Apples chopped and soaked in lemon juice
1 cup raisins
1 tsp orange zest
1/4 to 1/2 tsp of each Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Flax seed oil to oil the pie dish


Chop 1 1/4 cup almonds and 1 cup dates with tsp. of the orange zest. Can be done in a food processor. Oil the pie dish with a little of the flax seed oil. Press the mixture into the pie dish and form the crust. Refrigerate the crust for two hours in the refrigerator.


Drain the apples, 1 cup dates, 1 cup walnuts, 1 cup raisins. Combine the ingredients and mix with your hands. Add the nutmeg, cinnamon, and the lemon zest. Mix again with the hands, slightly squishing the ingredients. Fill the pie crust the with filling

Almond Crème

Place in the blender 1 cup almonds, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 2 cups of dates. Blend adding the apple juice that was used for the dates. You want to make a slightly thick crème for the top of the pie. Do not add too much of the apple juice. Once it is blended nicely, spread on the top of the pie.
Note: you can peal the 1 cup of almonds to make a white crème sauce for the pie. It will be brown if you don’t. The brown reminded me of it being cooked.

Essene Bread

Basic Recipe:

2 cups Sprouted Wheat or other grain Berries
1/2 cup Flax seeds that have been soaked
2 tsp Salt
6 Figs or Dates that have been soaked
Grind all together. Make 3” X 2 1/2” loaves that are about 1/3 to 1/2” thick.
Dehydrate 115º F for 15 hours turn over half way done.

Tropical Essene Bread

Use basic recipe and after it is ground add:
1/2 cup your favorite nuts that have been soaked
1/2 cup dried pineapple and papaya
Pulse these ingredients into the ground mixture and dehydrate the same.

Raisin and Nut Essene Bread

Use basic recipe and after it is ground add:
1/2 cup Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
Pulse these ingredients into the ground mixture and dehydrate the same.
By using your imagination, you could come up with other breads that will be also good.

Note: I felt the bread was a little too salty.

Raw Corn Tortilla Wraps

2 cups Corn
1 cup hempseeds
1/2 cup pine nuts soaked
1 cup almonds soaked
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbs. Honey or agave
1 tsp. Salt
Add water to cover
Blend all ingredients until creamy. Pour into a mixing bowl and add:
3/4 cup Golden Flaxseed, ground
Mix and let sit for 15 minutes.
Pour onto wax paper for the dehydrator. The thinner the crispy. Dehydrate at 105º F for 4 hours. Flip onto racks and dehydrate for another 3 to 4 hours.
Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
