Swedish massage

Swedish massage enhances the function of joints and muscles, improves circulation and general body tone, and promotes mental and physical release of fatigue. In persons who because of injury, illness or age are forced to remain inactive, massage helps return venous blood to the heart and so eases the strain in this vital organ. It also encourages lymph movement to help hasten the elimination of wastes and toxins.

Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. Finally, while deep tissue is certainly valuable,
